Often not. Recommendations are vendor-neutral. Buy software only when it is the best path for the tasks that need to be streamlined or automated. In many cases the right answer is a tool you already pay for and have not yet put to work. Where a new tool is genuinely needed, you will hear the cost and the tradeoff before you commit.
Working sessions are 45 minutes, twice per 30 days during Launchpad. Everything between sessions runs by message, so there are no standing meetings. It is designed to fit around a full workday, because you are busy running the business.
